Mental health challenges affect individuals of all ages, yet many people avoid seeking help due to stigma or a lack of awareness. This Mental Health Week (May 5 to 11), the theme “Unmasking Mental Health” encourages us to look beyond appearances, embrace vulnerability, and connect with others honestly.
