Bronwyn Beairsto, Editor

Bronwyn Beairsto is editor of Coast Reporter, which covers happenings on the swiya of the shíshálh Nation and on the traditional territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nation on the Southern Sunshine Coast of B.C., from Langdale to Egmont, including Gibsons, Sechelt, Roberts Creek, Halfmoon Bay and Pender Harbour. She’s a lover of folklore, small town life and the odd jaunt to the city to make sure it’s still not for her (it’s not).

She’s worked at Coast Reporter since 2021, before that serving as the sole editorial member of the Bowen Island Undercurrent for several years.
